A Peaceful Stay for Everyone
At The Hidden Mining Camp RV Resort, we ask all guests and visitors to be considerate of others, respect the property, and help us maintain a quiet and welcoming atmosphere.
Respect for Neighbors

Please treat fellow guests and visitors with courtesy and respect at all times.

Keep conversations, music, and activities at a reasonable volume and within your own site.

Harassment, intimidation, threatening behavior, or intentionally disturbing other guests will not be tolerated.

Please do not walk or drive through other occupied or unoccupied sites, and do not allow pets to enter another guest’s site.
Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

During quiet hours, please keep voices, televisions, music, and outdoor activity low so everyone can enjoy a restful stay.

Even outside quiet hours, noise should always remain respectful of neighboring guests.
Music, Gatherings, and Events

Please keep music and gatherings at a level that does not disturb others.

Large gatherings or group events must be approved by management in advance.
Outdoor Lighting

Please be mindful of outdoor lighting so neighboring guests can enjoy the evening as well.

Lights should be directed toward your own site and should not shine into nearby RVs or campsites.

Ground lighting, downward-facing lights, and properly positioned awning lights are welcome.

Seasonal or holiday lights are allowed as long as they are tasteful, do not disturb neighbors, and are turned off at a reasonable hour.
Visitors

Guests are responsible for their visitors while they are on the property.

Visitors must follow all park rules, including quiet hours, parking rules, and speed limits.

Visitor vehicles must park only in approved areas and may not block roads, neighboring sites, or common spaces.

Overnight or extended-stay visitors may require prior approval from management.
Site Cleanliness and Appearance

Please help us keep the park neat and inviting.

Each site should be kept clean, tidy, and free of trash, clutter, and debris.

Indoor furniture, mattresses, appliances, or other items not intended for outdoor use should not be stored outside.

Trash should not be left out overnight.

Tents are not permitted unless specifically approved by management.

Any additions, structures, or exterior site modifications must be approved by management in advance.
Trash Disposal

All trash must be securely bagged and placed in designated disposal areas.

Please flatten cardboard before disposal.
-
Do not place furniture, appliances, hazardous materials, construction debris, or oversized items in park dumpsters.

Improper dumping may result in fees or removal from the property.
Water, Sewer, and Utilities

Guests are responsible for using all hookups safely and properly.
-
Sewer connections must be maintained in a clean and sanitary manner and comply with local requirements.

If you notice a water leak, sewer issue, or utility concern, please notify management as soon as possible.

Temporary utility interruptions may occasionally occur and may be outside our control.
Vehicles and Speed Limit

For everyone’s safety, the speed limit throughout the park is 10 mph.

Please drive slowly and carefully at all times, and remind visitors to do the same.

Reckless driving, unsafe vehicle use, or repeated speeding is not allowed.

All vehicles on the property must be operable, licensed, and insured unless otherwise approved by management.
Pets

Well-behaved pets are welcome at The Hidden Mining Camp RV Resort.
-
Pets must be friendly, under control, and supervised at all times.
-
Pets must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet whenever outside your RV, unless they are in an approved fenced pet area.
-
Pets may not be left unattended outside.
-
Please clean up after your pet immediately anywhere on park property.
-
Aggressive or threatening behavior is not permitted. This includes biting, lunging, attacking, repeated growling, or any uncontrolled behavior that creates a safety concern or disturbs other guests.

Management reserves the right to require removal of any pet that is aggressive, disruptive, or not under its owner’s control.

Proof of current vaccinations may be required.
Common Areas

Please help us keep shared spaces clean and pleasant for everyone.

Do not leave personal belongings unattended in common areas.
-
Children should be supervised at all times.
-
All common areas are used at your own risk.
Safety and Emergencies

If there is an emergency, dangerous situation, fire, or criminal activity, please call 911 immediately.

After contacting emergency services, please notify park management as soon as possible.

All guests and visitors are expected to follow local laws, fire regulations, and any posted park notices.
Signs and Displays

Decorations and signs are welcome as long as they are respectful, appropriate, and do not create disruption or conflict within the park.

Management reserves the right to request removal of any display that is offensive, threatening, or disruptive to the peaceful enjoyment of other guests.
Rule Violations

Our goal is always to maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Failure to follow park rules may result in a warning, restriction of privileges, removal of visitors, or termination of stay, depending on the nature of the violation.

Serious issues such as criminal activity, threats, vandalism, illegal dumping, aggressive behavior, or reckless driving may result in immediate removal from the property.
